Kinamoto™
Kinamoto™ is a full-featured software designed to improve virtual reality gait research, expand customization options, and enhance research outcomes with precise and accurate data collection. The VR gait module enables users to create customizable Unity environments by connecting a head-mounted display with the Fully Instrumented Treadmill v5 (FIT5). Kinamoto also allows for meaningful research results with user-defined, repeatable inputs in the latest Bertec Protocol Builder. Additionally, Kinamoto showcases Bertec’s dedication to precise data quality and ensures smooth integration with partners for deeper research insights. All Bertec force plates, FIT5, and Immersive Labs HMD users have free access to Kinamoto.
Digital Acquire™
Bertec®️ Digital Acquire™️ is Bertec's original software designed to collect data from multiple force measuring devices and save it to either a text file or Matlab v4 compatible file, with various formatting options available. Customers with non-balance force plates can use this software, however Bertec recommends that customers now upgrade to using the enhanced Bertec Device Controller software for data collection.
Software Development Kit
Bertec® provides third-party developers access to our Device DLL which facilitates communication to our series of force plates and other devices. This Device DLL can be used by a wide variety of development environments. The SDK includes documentation, sample code, and bindings for .NET, Java, and C-level functions, and is provided free-of-charge.
