Am I able to install Bertec equipment myself?
Bertec® CDP/IVR™ & Treadmill must be installed by Bertec® Representatives or Bertec® Approved Technicians. Force plates can be installed by end users and Bertec can provide guidance upon request.

How deep should the pit be?
There are many variables that affect pit depth, including force plate height, mounting solution, and coverings on the plate or surrounding floor. We recommend contacting Bertec® Support for guidance on pit sizing.
Bertec® Treadmills
How can I get the dimensions for my Bertec Treadmill?
Bertec® Support can provide a document that includes information on treadmill dimensions and treadmill pit sizing. Please send your request to support@bertec.com.
Bertec® CDP/IVR™
What is the recommended ceiling height to accommodate a CDP/IVR?
The minimum ceiling height is 8’6” (2.59 m).
Other
What operating systems (OS) work for my software?
Digital Acquire, Treadmill Control Panel, and Workbook will work with Windows 7, Vista, 8, and 10. The software listed can be installed on any computer.
Balance Advantage Systems (Bertec® CDP/IVR™, Vision Advantage, and more) are pre-configured with the appropriate Windows OS and latest version of software to make these systems ready to use straight from the box.
Can we get the software for my system?
Yes! If you are using Digital Acquire, the software is downloadable from our website. Treadmill Control Software and Workbook are available upon request from Bertec® Support.

Warranty
We are interested in extending our current warranty. Who do I contact?
Your sales representative is your point of contact for purchasing an extended warranty. If you have not been in contact with a Bertec® Sales Representative, email sales@bertec.com.
What is our current warranty status?
Bertec® Support (support@bertec.com) can help answer this question. We will need a serial number from your system, and then we can provide you with your current warranty status.
